In Ticino, Merlot is king. So much so that it even makes white wine! Since the color of the grapes is in the skins, they are removed immediately after pressing, and that's it. This "October selection" reveals notes of ripe yellow fruit and white flowers. Light and harmonious, it's a white aperitif wine that pairs well with fresh cheeses, veloutés, or quiches.
