Santi "Solane" Ripasso
Red wine | Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC
Such voluptuousness... it must come from Verona!
This ''Solane'' is an expressive red wine, on small red fruits and cherry jam, rich, silky, also floral, fine, with a finish of lovely length. ''Ripasso'' means that the wine ''passes'', or refermented, on dried grapes to concentrate their sugars. A long serenade, specific to the Verona region, which adds character and body! A beautiful vintage which could certainly have reconciled the families of Romeo and Juliet!
