Santerra Albariño sobre lias
White wine | Rías Baixas DO
Atlantic inspiration
This Albariño, from vines on the northwest coast of Spain, offers a concentrated burst of escapism and generosity, with citrus and tropical fruit aromas enhanced by floral and saline notes. The grapes are hand-harvested and the wine is aged on its fine lees for added roundness on the palate. This fresh and aromatic white wine is delicious on its own, but it also pairs beautifully with seafood and paella!

Bright yellow dress with greenish highlights, reflecting its Atlantic freshness.
Santerra opens with intense aromas, enveloping the glass in delicate citrus notes reminiscent of the Atlantic breeze. With gentle swirling, notes of ripe fruits like banana, pineapple, and kiwi emerge, accompanied by a subtle floral background that evokes the lush, wild vegetation of Salnés.
On the palate, Santerra reveals its soul with vibrant freshness, perfectly balanced acidity, and a body that caresses the palate. Its sweetness and volume give it a silky, lingering structure. Each sip is a sensory journey that connects with the Galician terroir, leaving an imprint of elegance and minerality.
Ideal for fresh and delicate cuisine, it enhances seafood, white fish, ceviche, sashimi, and oysters. It also pairs wonderfully with seafood rice dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. Its acidity and minerality harmonize perfectly with mild cheeses, grilled vegetables, and Asian fusion dishes.
Serving temperature: 6 - 8°C
Made from 100% Albariño grapes from the Salnés valley, it has a lively acidity that highlights its mineral profile.
Santerra is born in the vineyards of the Salnés Valley, from vines over 15 years old, hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. The winemaking process is carried out with precision: fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine lees for at least four months. This time-honored technique, refined with a modern approach, brings aromatic complexity and depth of flavor. Each bottle is cold-stabilized and bottled after filtration, guaranteeing purity and freshness.
