Clay, granite and schist make up this terroir, but it is obviously the presence of these numerous ocher-brown pebbles on the surface which visually characterizes this particular soil. The vineyard is under sustainable cultivation. Average age of the plot: 45 years.
The manual harvest benefits from traditional Beaujolais vinification with 70% whole clusters, 30% destemmed. Maceration lasts 7 to 8 days. Aging on fine lees lasts 5 to 6 months in stainless steel vats. Bottling is carried out on the Domaine.
