Under the name ''Rocanel'' hides a typical Epesses Chasselas, ample, deep, with a strong personality, a true expression of the terroir. Its beautiful notes of white fruit and sweet infusion allow it to shine as an aperitif, but also with more difficult to pair dishes such as asparagus, and to reveal the cheeses of our mountains.
