This blend is nicely fragrant, with a nose reminiscent of red and black berries, licorice and violet. It is both intense and elegant, pleasantly structured with a silky mouthfeel. Pic-Saint-Loup is a very young appellation in Languedoc – it only dates from 2017! – which is full of subtlety for wines produced so far south. The specialists are not mistaken and the region is on the rise, discover it without delay!

The Pic Saint Loup terroir is the northernmost of the Languedoc terroirs. The mixture of the Mediterranean climate and the continental climate gives it its originality.
Part of the Syrah is vinified by carbonic maceration, the rest in the traditional way, aging for 6 months in vats.
