The palate displays a round and suave structure, very pleasant to drink thanks to its lovely freshness. The perfect companion for grilled poultry and fish in sauce, such as curry!

The palate releases a fruity and subtly smoky note, a round and suave structure enhanced by its fat and creaminess. A powerful and pleasant wine to drink thanks to its acid support and the vanilla reminiscences which persist at the end of the tasting
