Près Roc, Pet Nat
Sparkling wine | Vin pétillant naturel, Yvorne Grand Cru, Chablais AOC
The Chasselas bubble version!
The Pet Nat “Près Roc” is a finely bubbly, fruity and refreshing sparkling wine. It is made with a single fermentation in the bottle, using the so-called 'ancestral' method. This natural wine is neither disgorged nor filtered: old-fashioned vinification, with nothing added! It expresses all the purity of the Chasselas in a lemony, floral, mineral style, with more freshness and punch than a still wine!

This vintage comes from plots of Yvorne cultivated entirely using biodynamic methods by Martin Suardet. The use of inputs of natural origin and the observation of lunar and planetary rhythms are the basis of this culture.
This sparkling wine is made using an ancestral method, called Pet Nat (natural sparkling). It comes from a selection of Chasselas and has undergone spontaneous fermentation in the bottle, without any inputs or added sulphites and is unfiltered.
