Palate

In order to guarantee excellent quality, production per m2 is limited. This powerful wine with aromas of white fruits has a slightly tannic structure which gives it finesse and balance, as well as good aging potential.

Wine-growing terroir

Planted on terraces on limestone hills facing the lake, sheltered from the wind in the hollow of the mountains, the vines benefit from a microclimate due to the heat of the Monts d'Arvel and are tempered by a light foehn . The vineyard enjoys the setting sun which gives the wine a subtle balance
