Pinot Gamay Pourpre Eminence
Red wine | Chablais AOC
This blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay offers pure, expressive aromas of strawberry and blackcurrant. On the palate it confirms these impressions, with a fruity attack, a supple structure, good balance, a wine that is 100% enjoyable! At the foot of Château d'Aigle, the vines replaced the apple trees in 1950, a choice that we can only welcome today, when tasting this Pourpre Eminence, the estate's historic wine!

Pretty purple dress
Expressive, smells of strawberries and blackcurrant
Fruity attack, simple structure with a good balance between fruitiness and mouthfeel
Chablais AOC: The soils, mainly stony and limestone, give a remarkable minerality to the wines, with a typical flint flavor. The foehn, a sometimes stormy south wind, heats and dries the grapes in autumn, which allows us to produce warm and powerful wines.

Henri Badoux
Founded in Aigle in 1908, in the heart of the Vaud Chablais, Maison Henri Badoux is one of the historic names in Swiss wine. Its name is intimately linked to the iconic Aigle Les Murailles, one of Switzerland's most famous wines, recognizable by its famous lizard. For over a century, the house has championed the terroirs of the canton of Vaud through authentic wines that combine tradition, expertise and innovation. Even today, Henri Badoux perpetuates a demanding vision of Swiss viticulture by highlighting the richness and diversity of the great Vaud vineyards.
