Eggplant fritters, duck bourguignon with spices, goose with pears and ginger, game specialties, goat cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
The vineyards of Château Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande extend over 73 hectares of beautiful gravelly land, to the south of the town of Pauillac.
Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days at controlled temperature, aging in French oak barrels including 80% new wood with racking every 3 months.
