Pétillant naturel de Chasselas, Méthode ancestrale
Sparkling wine | La Côte AOC
Do you know Pet'Nat'? This so-called ancestral method, with nothing added, describes a wine that ferments in the bottle, while also keeping its bubbles! The natural sparkling of Chasselas from the City of Morges displays a beautiful freshness, along with a dazzling style with crunchy fruit and fine hints of brioche, all enhanced by joyful bubbles! This sparkling wine is authentically Morgian: it comes from plot no. 900 ''En Marcelin,'' from the sunny vines that overlook the estate.
- Switzerland Vaud
- Chasselas
- 12.00% vol.
The freshness and flavor of Chasselas are accompanied by joyful bubbles brought by the work of the so-called ancestral method, requiring no addition. Fresh, round and lively palate.
100% natural bubbles, pure happiness from aperitif to dessert!
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C
The grape must, after the spontaneous departure of the native yeasts in fermentation, will be transferred a few days after the harvest into its final bottle. Turned daily on its oak desk, the natural foaming of the wine continues. Then each bottle is disgorged on the fly, one by one, before being topped up and re-corked, without dosage. The short aging on lees gives priority to the freshness of the fruit while enveloping it with a slightly brioche-like roundness.
