Sélection Nature, Parcelle 976 Pinot Gris
White wine | Morges Grand Cru, La Côte AOC
This Pinot Gris is very… colorful! It’s an “orange” wine, a white vinified like a red, either with the skins! These provide pigments and tannins, for a very original profile, with notes of melon, apricot and almonds, and a fresh palate with a fine texture. A delicacy, a curiosity, and a joy for gourmets. We recommend it with a tarte flambée with caramelized onions, a chicken tagine with apricots, hard and soft cheeses... among others!

Parcel 976 is a selection of Pinot Gris, vinified as an orange wine.
Harvested manually, the berries are vinified as for the production of a red wine, with maceration and skin fermentation. The components of the skin and seeds release pigments and tannins, which give the wine this very particular color, orange with flashes of gold, as well as aromas and a structure that are specific to it.
