Galotta, often used in blends, is to be discovered pure here, and without artifice! Certified organic, it is vinified without added sulfites and without filtration, just to show its true nature. Its aromas of black fruits, underlined by notes of spices, are found in the mouth in a silky texture, all in suppleness. An ideal red wine with cold meats or a savory tart!
