Sélection Nature, Parcelle 902 Chardonnay
White wine | Morges Grand Cru, La Côte AOC
This Chardonnay has beautiful aromas of ripe citrus, candied fruit and flowers, with accents of cinnamon and caramel. The palate is complex, structured by fine tannins, thanks to its skin maceration (with the skins, as for a red wine!) and its long aging in barrels. This so-called ''orange'' wine is a pleasure at the table, it will go with almost everything, from cheese dishes to white meats, including couscous, tagines and spicy Asian dishes, among others!

On the nose, citrus notes mingle with a confit of ripe fruit and opulent flowers, testifying to its depth.
On the palate, we find this ample and rich side of flesh, substance and aromas, characteristic of its long aging and skin maceration. The resulting silky tannins give the body and carry the depth of this wine.
Overlooking the Morgian city, in a sublime environment, the 14 hectares of hillside vines embrace the lake and offer optimal exposure. Four white grape varieties (Chasselas, Doral, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay) and six red grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Gamay, Dunkelfelder, Gamaret, Galotta, Servagnin) share this terroir and will give rise to around twenty vintages. After completing its conversion, the cultivation of vines continues today in organic cultivation.
