Wine-growing terroir

Located in Tuscany, not far from the Bolgheri hills, the vineyard benefits from a mosaic of clayey-sandy soils of marine, alluvial and volcanic origin, offering a pure and refined expression.

Winemaking

Manual harvest, fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats, 15-day maceration, malolactic fermentation in oak barrels (70% new), and aging for 18 months in barrels followed by 12 months in bottles.
