Wine-growing terroir

From a selection of grapes from Mediterranean regions.

Winemaking

Maceration at 14°C, fermentation at 16°C with selected yeasts. Dealcoholization of wine using rotating cones, a method that is very respectful of the wine allowing all its aromas and structure to be preserved. Vinification follows.
