This traditional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot offers a nose of ripe fruit and peppery notes, with a lovely roundness and silky tannins. Exactly what you look for in a fine Bordeaux red wine, and all without alcohol! The latter was removed very gently, without disturbing the wine, by low-temperature vacuum distillation. All the aromas and tastes, without the hassle!
