Wine-growing terroir

Planted on terraces on limestone hills facing the lake, sheltered from the wind in the hollows of the mountains, the vines benefit from an exceptional microclimate due to the heat of the Monts d'Arvel and are tempered by a slight foehn. The vineyard enjoys the setting sun which gives the wine a subtle balance
