Noir d'Obrist
Sweet wine | Natural sweet wine, Vaud AOC
Is it a jewel? Is it a perfume? No, it's Noir d'Obrist!
Beneath this royal setting hides a natural sweet red wine. That is to say a wine whose fermentation has been stopped by the addition of strong alcohol. Like a Port that has also spent two years in barrels. The result ? A powerful, sweet nectar with flavors of black cherry, cocoa and vanilla. A rare wine to serve with blue cheeses – for contrast! – or chocolate desserts – for a tone-on-tone pairing!
And because great discoveries deserve a precious presentation, this treasure is offered to you in a sumptuous gift box (included).

A beautiful ruby red.
Intense and complex with notes of black cherry, blackcurrant, jasmine, tonka bean and vanilla.
Harmonious with a perfect balance between sugar and alcohol, round tannins and fruity aromas with beautiful persistence.
Served chilled as an aperitif, foie gras, duck with orange saddle of venison, blue or pecorino cheeses, rhubarb tart and dark chocolate desserts (melting).
Serving temperature: 14 - 16°C
To make this vintage, our oenologists mutated the wine in fermentation, that is to say after obtaining the ideal fermented sugar content, they added wine brandy in order to stop the alcoholic fermentation. thus allowing the residual sugar and fruity aromas of the wine to be preserved. This was followed by two years of aging in barrels.
