A beautiful deep ruby.
Endowed with a beautiful expression of very ripe fruit, with finesse and slightly spicy and woody.
Good structure, well structured, vinous with powerful and silky tannins.
Cold meats, Vaudois sausage, pizza, eggplant gratin, pork tenderloin with mustard, goat cheese.
Serving temperature: 14 - 16°C
The different grape varieties were vinified separately, some of which were in barrels.
