Like great chefs, wine merchants and oenologists are true artisans of taste. Since 2007, the Mystère range has allowed them to play on their creativity with mastery by selecting for each vintage one or more wines that have “struck their taste buds”. If it all started nine years ago with a craze for a batch of Ancellotta, each year other exceptional wines see the light of day.
This vintage was obtained from the Divico grape variety. Coming from the cross between Gamaret and Bronner, Divico, developed by the federal station of Changins, is a grape variety extremely resistant to vine diseases. For this vintage, the vines did not receive any phytosanitary treatment. After traditional vinification without sulphites, this vintage was aged in oak barrels.
