Lively, yellow with golden highlights.
Intense with a nice concentration of exotic aromas such as pineapple and lychee.
A mellow attack evolving into a lovely freshness. The exotic fruity notes are confirmed, fullness in the finish with a touch of almond.
Cardoons with marrow, American-style lobster, asparagus, curry or truffle dishes, scallops, alpine cheeses, Vacherin from the Vallée de Joux.

Leaning against a hill, the terraced vines rub shoulders with typical Mediterranean vegetation. The Crête des Maladaires, located to the south of the Domaine, gives it a particular microclimate. The light soil consists of sandy calschists.

Domaine du Mont d’Or
Mont d'Or is the oldest wine estate in Valais. He is also known for having introduced Sylvaner to Switzerland, renamed Johannisberg and becoming his favorite grape variety. The certified organic terraced vines are located south of the Montorge nature reserve, near Sion. Since the creation of the estate in the 19th century, its wines have regularly been praised by critics.
