Michelas St Jemms "La Chasselière"
Red wine | Crozes-Hermitage AOC
This pure Syrah, grown organically, is highly representative of the grape variety on the magnificent Crozes-Hermitage terroir in the northern Rhône region of France. It's all there: the violet hues of the color, the aromas of black cherry, violet and pepper, and the supple palate with elegant tannins that support notes of ripe berries and spices. A perfect red wine to accompany meats with character!

Very stony clay-limestone soils, composed of large pebbles forgotten by the Rhône. The vines of these plots are worked, like all of the estate's vines, according to ecological principles that respect biodiversity and the beauty of the wine-growing landscapes.
La Chasselière benefits from plot vinification in order to preserve all the typicity of each plot. This stage of vinification is carried out in truncated conical vats as well as in barrels of different volumes. Then the wine is aged for 12 months in these same containers.
