Vermentino shines in several favorite regions, including Sardinia! We don't know its origin well, but it is Mediterranean par excellence. Here it produces a white wine with aromas of apple, fresh hazelnuts and lime blossom. Expressive, lively and delicious, this is a wine that smells like vacation! Serve it as an aperitif or with a seafood salad, in the sun, and in good company!

Wine-growing terroir

The Zanatta family vineyard is ideally located in the northwest of Sardinia, in Gallura. The landscape, dominated by granite rocks along the coast, has been shaped by wind, rain and the sea, the soils are poor and not very fertile, further north in the milder regions, vast areas of land are dedicated to viticulture. The wines of the region thus reveal a racy, very tasty side.

The winery is located in the Gallura region of Sardinia known for its granite rocks and extensive vineyards. The story began in 1973 with Bruno Zanatta and his in-depth knowledge of the region and its terroir. More than forty years later, his passion remains the same: his son Marco is now at the head of the winery which extends over 100 ha.
