Prestige Pinot Gris, Vendanges Tardives
Sweet wine | Aigle, Chablais AOC
A precious nectar, which only appears in rare places!
This Pinot Gris captivates with its aromas of Mirabelle plum jam, cooked peach and candied apricot. In the mouth it is voluptuous, enhanced by remarkable acidity! It is rare to meet the conditions, alternating between humidity and dryness, essential for the production of this type of sweet wine. To do this, the “noble rot” – in fact a fungus, Botrytis – must develop and concentrate the grapes in sugars and aromas, for sweet wines of extraordinary complexity!

Dessert, Blue cheese
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Only a few terroirs meet the climatic conditions essential for the production of sweet wines. In late autumn, a fungus, Botrytis, develops noble rot, causing a concentration of sugars, tartaric acid, and aromas. The wines are then characterized by a lot of fat, an inimitable smoothness and an extraordinary complexity of aromas and flavors. We have selected the best plot of Pinot gris to produce our Late Harvest, but only in years when weather conditions permit.

Henri Badoux
Founded in Aigle in 1908, in the heart of the Vaud Chablais, Maison Henri Badoux is one of the historic names in Swiss wine. Its name is intimately linked to the iconic Aigle Les Murailles, one of Switzerland's most famous wines, recognizable by its famous lizard. For over a century, the house has championed the terroirs of the canton of Vaud through authentic wines that combine tradition, expertise and innovation. Even today, Henri Badoux perpetuates a demanding vision of Swiss viticulture by highlighting the richness and diversity of the great Vaud vineyards.
