Les Egralets
White wine | Dézaley Grand Cru AOC
Steps with a view
Dézaley, THE great terroir in Chasselas de Garde, is made up of steep terraces and stairs – or “égralets” in Vaudois dialect – overlooking the lake. The vineyard is cradled by three suns, the star, the lake which acts as a mirror and the low walls full of heat, giving birth to this rich, round, dense grand cru, with mineral and floral notes.

This Grand Cru comes from the dizzying terraces in the heart of Dézaley in Lavaux, facing Lake Geneva. It thus benefits from the reflection of the sun on the stone walls to reach its perfect maturity. The soils are gravelly and the subsoils are made up of pudingue.
Traditional, aging in wooden vases.
