La Redoute
White wine | Saint-Saphorin, Lavaux AOC
No pain, no gain
Only the most experienced winegrowers can harvest these St-Saphorin vines on steep terraces... formidable terrain, but well worth such efforts. In the glass, the result is striking to the taste buds: a superb Chasselas, mineral, floral, finely buttery. The pike terrine had better watch out!
