Intense scarlet red with ruby highlights.
Intense and persistent notes of blackcurrant and blackberries.
Silky and supple tannins, a fruity wine that keeps you coming back for more.
Lavaux is a favorite wine-growing region. A large part of the vines are cultivated on terraces facing the lake. The sun's rays on the lake and its reflection on the stones provide ideal conditions for growing vines. The soils are gravelly and slightly limestone and the bedrock is mineral.
Short fermentation with low temperature to keep a maximum of fruit.
