Full, generous attack, reinforced by a light touch of wood. On the palate, the aromatic persistence (fresh mango) confirms the olfactory impressions. This vintage deserves to be tasted in its youth and will also be appreciated with a few years.
A gastronomic wine par excellence, it enjoys the company of a scallop carpaccio, fish, langoustine gratin, melon and raw ham, foie gras with mango chutney, poultry, white meat.

The king grape variety of the Rhone vineyards, Viognier has discovered a second favorite land on our Côte slopes. Harvested on the Vufflens plots and vinified for the first time as a single varietal last year, it made a notable comeback in the form of “Cuvée Unique blanche 2010”. Building on the favorable reception received then, it now occupies a privileged place in the range of wines from the Bolle house.
Partially aged in oak barrels, this great seducer, elegant and with a complex aromatic palette, is the subject of confidential production.
