The Jean-Jacques Bolle Pinot Noir represents the pinnacle of the range, it is the Unicorn in Chief! It displays intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry with elegant notes of vanilla thanks to judicious aging in oak barrels. The latter offers precious tannins on the palate, as well as rare intensity and fullness. A red wine to enjoy with game dishes, beef fillet or mushroom risotto.
