La Licorne Pinot Noir
Red wine | Vaud AOC
A legend signed Bolle & Cie!
This Pinot Noir offers a nose of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry, with spicy notes of cinnamon. Supple, elegant, it is a wine of pleasure, a sure value! And this for a long time: launched in 1971, La Licorne Pinot Noir quickly became the flagship vintage of the Bolle house. This emblematic red wine comes from a rigorous selection of grapes from the Morges region, where Alphonse Bolle founded his business in 1865!

La Licorne, the emblematic wine of the Bolle house, is the subject of a rigorous selection of grapes from the Morgienne region.
The emphasis is placed on prolonged vatting, so as to obtain good extraction of the skin tannins. The oak barrels, in which it remains until it is bottled, grant it a happy harmony and crown its development.
