La Licorne Gamaret de Novembre
Red wine | Vaud AOC
This Gamaret is cellared in November, well after the classic harvest, for a prodigiously concentrated result, an extraordinary vintage! On the nose, this ''late'' red wine immediately seduces with an explosion of aromas: prune, blackberry, fig, violet, infused with cinnamon and licorice. The palate is generous, enveloping, with silky tannins. Ideal with hunting, and stews, when it's raining or snowing outside!
