This Gamaret is cellared in November, well after the classic harvest, for a prodigiously concentrated result, an extraordinary vintage! On the nose, this ''late'' red wine immediately seduces with an explosion of aromas: prune, blackberry, fig, violet, infused with cinnamon and licorice. The palate is generous, enveloping, with silky tannins. Ideal with hunting, and stews, when it's raining or snowing outside!

As its name suggests, this gamaret is cellared in November, 5 to 6 weeks after the usual harvest. This “late” vintage is prodigiously concentrated and has an extraordinary aromatic intensity. Vatting for 9 to 10 months in oak barrels.
