This Chasselas is deliciously fragrant, with notes of fresh pear and white peach, chamomile, lemon and bergamot. In the mouth there is substance, we find the fruits of the orchard with floral and mineral accents, chalk and flint in a beautiful finish. This white wine is named in homage to the magnificent pedestrian street which extends from the Château to the Temple, and which constitutes the heart of Morgian life!

The straw color shines with elegant golden highlights.
On the nose, notes of fresh pear and white peach combine with aromas of chamomile, lemon and bergamot.
The palate, ample and structured, is framed by a sapid attack and a mineral finish where chalk and flint mingle with white fruits as well as flowers of the same color which constitute the common thread of this chiseled Chasselas.

Cuvée in homage to the magnificent pedestrian street in the center of Morges which extends from the Château to the Temple. A hub of activity, it is brought to life twice a week by a market and other popular events.
