Dense purplish.
Pronounced aromas of blackcurrant and cherry, with nuances of graphite, cocoa and spices.
The palate is full-bodied with a firm core of polished, fine-grained tannins, wrapped in densely concentrated and well-defined fruit giving a voluptuous and supple texture. Finely balanced and very persistent finish. A striking presence.
Cold meats, hot starters, truffle pasta, royal couscous, red meats, grilled meats, game, semi-soft cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
