This blend offers a beautiful aromatic richness with notes of ripe fruit and a touch of sweet spices. On the palate, it is elegant and distinguished, with a lovely structure of fine tannins. This red wine combines the nobility of Pinot Noir with the deliciousness of Gamay and Garanoir. The Bastide vineyard overlooks Yvorne and the Rhône plain, a terroir with a view, where the vines feel good, and lets us know it through this beautiful wine!

Dark a beautiful ruby red.
A beautiful aromatic richness with fruity and slightly spicy notes.
Elegant and distinguished with a solid structure and very ripe tannins. It combines the finesse and nobility of Pinot with the fruit of Gamay, and Garanoir gives it its richness.
Beef carpaccio, game terrine, grilled fish, red meats, vegetable gratin, quiche Lorraine, soft cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
The Bastide vineyard overlooks Yvorne and the Rhône plain. Its terroir is clayey, gravelly and rather poor and permeable.
Traditional, aging for 6 months in oak barrels.
