A beautiful aromatic richness with fruity and slightly spicy notes.
Palate
Elegant and distinguished with a solid structure and very ripe tannins. It combines the finesse and nobility of Pinot with the fruit of Gamay, and Garanoir gives it its richness.
Ideal to accompany
Beef carpaccio, game terrine, grilled fish, red meats, vegetable gratin, quiche Lorraine, soft cheeses.
How to serve it
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
Wine-growing terroir
The Bastide vineyard overlooks Yvorne and the Rhône plain. Its terroir is clayey, gravelly and rather poor and permeable.

Traditional, aging for 6 months in oak barrels.
