Henri Yvorne Chasselas
White wine | Yvorne, Chablais AOC
This racy, mineral white wine – not surprising with the fabulous Yvorne terroir! – expresses aromas evoking toasted almond and flint, with notes of citrus. On the palate we take the same notes and add a lime blossom side and superb drinkability. The emblematic grape variety of the canton of Vaud successfully revisited!

Built on terraces at the foot of the alluvial cone formed by the flow of scree coming down from the mountain in 1584, the vineyard benefits from generous sunshine and excellent natural drainage of the land. Gravel, stony, clay-limestone framework, characterized by the presence of sandstone, rocky sediments and alluvial deposits giving the wine-growing soils excellent permeability
