Henri de Villamont, Pommard
Red wine | Pommard AC
Pinot Noir asserts itself in Pommard!
Entirely devoted to Pinot Noir, the Pommard appellation is renowned for its well-structured wines. Henri de Villamont offers us here a typical example of this great terroir. It reveals a nose of red fruits and musk, and a nicely complex palate, with an animal side, supported by firm tannins. A red wine that ideally calls for game with fur or feathers, braised or roasted, but tasty meats like a steak of beef or a leg of lamb will go just as well!
