With an elegant and fruity bouquet, marked by scents of blackcurrant, cherry and raspberry and some floral notes such as violet.
Ample, round and powerful, the body has good tannins and preserves its fruit.
Very tasty piece of beef, pan-fried foie gras, roasted, lacquered and caramelized poultry, Meaux brie, tomme, reblochon.
Serving temperature: 14 - 16°C
The soils of this vineyard are brown in color, mixed with pebbles and hard limestone gravel.
Aging for several months in oak barrels.
