Henri de Villamont, Grumes d'Or
White wine | Pouilly-Fuissé AC
A dazzling Burgundy!
''Grume'' in Burgundy simply means ''grape''. And “golden”… that’s just the impression this fabulous Chardonnay gives! Its intense aromas are reminiscent of lime and melon, with mineral accents and a spicy touch resulting from well-controlled aging. It shows a lot of liveliness on the palate, balanced by a lovely, finely buttery finish. A fine example of the fabulous Pouilly-Fuissé terroir, one of the most prestigious in the Mâconnais, in the south of Burgundy!
