Get your Fix of Pinot Noir!
At the very top of the Côte de Nuits, near Dijon, Fixin enjoys an exceptional terroir, similar to that of its neighbor Gevrey-Chambertin. It is sometimes called a “winter red wine” because it needs a little rest. This Fixin from Henri de Villamont has a solid structure, it is dense, with a yet delicate texture, and pretty flavors of cherries, dried herbs and pepper.
