Henri de Villamont, Chablis
White wine | Chablis AOC
Exemplary and impeccable
The Chablis terroir, very limestone, rich in fossils, produces very mineral, tense, very refreshing wines. This is the case here, with this white wine with aromas of green apple, honeysuckle and lemon. The palate is fine, pure, lively but with a nice balance, for a typical style while remaining very approachable. A successful exercise for Henri de Villamont, active throughout Burgundy, whose goal is to bring out the truth of the terroir in all his wines!
