Fresh and fruity, the nose presents notes of raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry supported by a light chocolate, peppery and spicy sensation. On the palate, this red wine is frank and elegant, very supple, in a style that goes well every day! A blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, like a Valais Dôle, but made in Vaud, and made in Henri, in homage to Henri Badoux, founder of the house in… 1908!
