Colour

Dark garnet with purple highlights.

Nose

With intense scents of raspberry and small wild strawberries supported by notes of cocoa and cinnamon.

Palate

Very seductive, it is distinguished by its flavors of redcurrant, cherry and blueberry and even some notes of crème brûlée.

Wine-growing region

The grapes come from the Paso Robles, Sonoma and Monterey regions. The vineyards were selected on the one hand for their microclimates (hills protect them from the Pacific currents), on the other hand for their clay-gravelly and sandy soils which ensure good drainage. In the north, thanks to volcanic soils, the grapes are endowed with great aromatic richness. The result is a blend of Merlots with an assertive personality.

Winemaking

Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
