This Claret – an old term which refers to Bordeaux wines – presents complex aromas of plum, blueberry, raspberry, with a touch of violet, clove and a fine hint of aniseed. This is a red wine with a solid structure, dense tannins and lots of personality!

A wine with a solid structure, soft tannins and flavors of black cherries, pomegranate, toasted oak and vanilla.
Filets mignon with Bresse blue cheese, grilled lamb chops, potatoes with truffle butter.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
This blend, made in the style of the great Bordeaux wines, comes mainly from the vineyards of Solano, El Dorado and the Lake Counties; higher terroirs with volcanic soils.
Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
