EPU by Almaviva 2023
Red wine | Puente Alto, Maipo Valley
This red wine shares the same qualities as its predecessor, Almaviva. It is approachable and rounded, and deserves to be kept in the bottle for a little longer before drinking.

A beautiful dark ruby red, lively and attractive.
Fresh, pleasant and elegant, with aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, blackberry and fig, dominating a delicate fragrance of vanilla, tea and earthy notes.
The attack is supple and round, well balanced between crisp red fruits and a silky tannic structure.
Piece of beef, pasta dish.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
La Viña Almaviva is located in Puente Alto in the highest part of the Maipo Valley. Its soils, rocky and poor, are made up of silty clay. The subsoil consists of sand, gravel and rock. These alluvial soils allow good drainage and provide beautiful minerality, as well as a low pH level. The result is extraordinary quality, balance and elegance.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
