EPC Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut
Sparkling wine | Champagne AOC
Crunchy, seductive and delicate
The Côte des Bars specializes in Pinot Noir, and EPC naturally chose to make this cuvée there. This Champagne is both fresh and elegant, while offering the roundness and power typical of this grape variety. What's more, even though it has no color, Pinot Noir reveals itself through hints of red fruit. It's the perfect opportunity to bring this flavour out with an original pairing, like a pavlova (a giant meringue) with red fruits!

Champagne EPC
EPC was founded in Champagne in 2019 by Camille Jullien, Édouard Roy and Jérôme Queige. A trio of enthusiasts, and letters too, for Champagne des EPiCuriens.
Besides pleasure, of course, the key word of the brand is traceability. The idea is to take the public on a journey through Champagne through vintages which each tell the story of a specific terroir.
