This pure Chardonnay expresses all the class of the Grand Cru terroirs in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. The subtlety of this low-dosage Champagne is revealed right from the first fragrance of the nose, which possesses hints of citrus. On aeration, it reveals itself to be rich and gourmand, with notes of praline, of hazelnut and of brioche that all underline a very pure fruitiness. This complexity is indeed inherited from a great terroir but also from a long ageing process. It's everything that makes Champagne unique!

EPC was founded in Champagne in 2019 by Camille Jullien, Édouard Roy and Jérôme Queige. A trio of enthusiasts, and letters too, for Champagne des EPiCuriens.
Besides pleasure, of course, the key word of the brand is traceability. The idea is to take the public on a journey through Champagne through vintages which each tell the story of a specific terroir.
