Wine-growing terroir

The 200 hectares of Duval-Leroy vineyards in production account for a third of its supplies, with the remainder coming exclusively from the harvest, through the purchase of grapes and musts. Duval-Leroy is present in all the Grand Cru communes of the Côte des Blancs, but is also well established in the Grands Noirs of the Montagne de Reims. Grand Cru and Premier Cru supplies account for 40% of the total, with an exception in Champagne.

Winemaking

A symbol of all the Duval-Leroy expertise, Femme de Champagne is produced exclusively in exceptional years. Like a perfumer, Sandrine Logette-Jardin blends fragrances and combines them in a unique way to create this vibrant, stunning, unforgettable cuvée. For this cuvée, Duval-Leroy selected the best plots and the grapes were vinified using the most demanding method, without compromise, to obtain the purest pink colour and the most delicate sensations.

Champagne Duval-Leroy

Family Champagne house founded in 1859, Duval-Leroy operates around 200 ha of vines. Based on the very prestigious Côte des Blancs, it produces vintages with unique structures and aromas in Champagne. Following in the footsteps of Carol Duval-Leroy, the “Woman of Champagne,” it is today up to her three sons, Julien, Charles and Louis to keep up the spirit of the house.
