6 Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Avize, Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry and Vertus in Premier Cru with the plots of Barilliers, Faucherets and Monts Ferrés.
Precision vinification with separation of origins, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature, natural clarification without fining, 4% of wines aged in wood for 9 months to gain vinous structure and verticality, aging on lees for over 10 years.
